Our Story
Envehope was founded by Grace Li in 2024, aiming to spread awareness for and support chronically ill children.
Growing up around many family members with chronic illness, she witnessed first-hand how challenging chronic illness can be, especially for children, and low-income households struggling to keep up with the costs of staying healthy.
Understanding how difficult having a chronic illness is, especially for young children, Grace started Envehope to spread awareness about chronic illnesses and support those afflicted with chronic pain through cards and gifts. With a team of other students passionate to this cause, Grace reaches out to different schools, community centers, and after-schools to organize teaching events where members guide children and adults to create cards for those in children’s hospitals. In this past year, Envehope has gathered 40+ teachers, 30+ schools, and 3 nonprofits to aid in creating cards for chronically ill kids, allowing this nonprofit to impact over 2,700 kids with chronic illness, raising an estimated 3,000 dollars for chronically ill children through the toy drives we have organized.

Going forward, Grace hopes to continue working tirelessly expanding Envehope to reach more people and create an even larger impact on chronically ill children across the world. Our hope is to use art to empower kids with chronic illness and to continue organizing donation drives to spread awareness for and support those who just want to lead healthy lives.
